The Built-In System will be a different way to build things using crafting materials. Instead of working in a crafting station and getting a house ready in your inventory, you will need to acquire a "build plant", rez it, and use the workbench to load materials and build each stage. Like a real house!
If you played Skyrim with the Heartfire expansion you know what we are talking about ;)
