Fishing Server

The Fishing Server allows players to catch fish using the Fishing Gear and Fishing Baits.
The server itself don't require money to run, and don't have a limit of casts. It can be put anywhere in a region, and have option to define its range (region, parcel, meters).
For players can earn special catch like the Sealed Bottle, a Contest Stand need to be present. This require money to start (value TBD) and run for 5 days. In the end it checks the winners and distribute the prizes the land owner have set on it.
